Getting started with QuickBooks Online

Follow these steps to integrate Dynamic 365 Online App with your HubSpot Portal.

Sync with Quickbooks Online Steps

Purpose of Quickbooks Online

  1. Bidirectional contact syncing between HubSpot and Quickbooks.
  2. Sync product from HubSpot to QuickBooks.
  3. Sync deal from HubSpot to QuickBooks (Invoice)

Connect and Authorization Steps

Step1

Step 1: Visit Sync QuickBooks Online and register.
Enter the required details on registration page.

Step 2

Step 2:  Connect your HubSpot Portal.
  1. After your successful registration into the App you will be redirected for HubSpot authentication.
  2. In HubSpot authentication page you need to choose your portal and authenticate “Sync QuickBooks Online” App

Step 3

Step 3: QuickBooks Authentication

After the successful HubSpot authentication you will be redirected to QuickBooks authentication page.

  1. Sign in and authorize your intended QuickBooks online company.
  2. After authorization and selecting company, you will be redirected to the Application Dashboard page

Step 4

Step 4: Dashboard Page.

After the successful authentication of HubSpot Portal and QuickBooks Company  you will be redirected to app Dashboard page.

Fields mapping and syncing

Step 5: Contact Syncing Page.
  1. On contact syncing page, you can select the dynamic mapping of contact properties which is to be sync between HubSpot and QuickBooks.

  2. You can start manual contact syncing using “Start Syncing” button.
  3. You can also able to Start/Stop auto contact syncing.

Step 6

Step 6: Product Syncing Page.
  1. Product syncing from HubSpot to QuickBooks
  2. Product syncing process mapped following fields.

  3. In product sync process fields already mapped by system.

Step 7

Step 7:  Creating Invoices in QuickBooks from Deals data in HubSpot.
  1. You can create multiple connection for multi-purpose invoice generated in QuickBook Organization.
  2. Each connection have generate unique web-hook.
  3. Each connection need to map following fields:
    HubSpot QuickBooks
    Deal Amount Invoice Amount
    Associated contact Contact Refs
    Associated Line Items Item Refs
    Description Description
  4. Only those deals is sync that have associated contact.

Manage Logs

Step 8

Step 6:  Manage Logs.
  1. You can see the logs of Data(Contact and Deal) Syncing between the HubSpot and QuickBooks App.
  2. By default you able to view last one month logs
  3. You can filter logs by available fields.
